Orders Damaged in Shipping
Shipments should be inspected for damages when the package is received. If you notice visual damage on the outside of the package it is best to refuse the package at time of delivery. We will make the damage claim with the shipping company and ship you a replacement product. If the damage is unnoticed and is accepted by the customer, we will assist in making the claim with the shipper. This may require you to assist us in the claims process. Claims must be made within five working days. CUSTOMERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT SHIPMENTS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. Some carriers hold the customer responsible for the damages not reported at the time of delivery. We are always available to help you with damaged merchandise problems.
