Forms of Payment

We accept American Express, Discover Card, Master Cards, Pay Pal, Visa and US banks issued credit cards only. New business customers are welcome to apply for open account after completing our credit application.

Open Accounts

Business accounts only.

Once our credit application has been completed please allow 12 business days for processing. 2% 10, Net 30 terms. Invoices are due net 30 days after invoice. A 1 % finance charge will be added (18% annual rate) to unpaid balances that are 30 days past due. Account 60 days past due will be placed on credit hold. Once the account is paid, open account status will be reviewed after 90 days. Returned checks or NSF checks will force us to place the account on a cash only basis. The account will also be subjected to a $35.00 bank service charge. Once the account is satisfied there will be a three (3) month probationary period before we can review the account.


Warranties

Warranties may vary between different manufactures, as for the warranties of a specific product, please call us. Since the types of application and weather conditions vary so widely, Vinyl Graphics does not warranty the products beyond the cost of the product. Vinyl Graphics warranty on all exterior products are set at 3 years. Vinyl graphics will work o your behalf when dealing with a manufacture when it comes to making a warranty claim.


Claims

 

Shipments should be inspected for errors or damage; claims must be made within five (5) working days. Visual damage on the outside of the package must be claimed with the shipper at the time of delivery; customers are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT SHIPMENTS when receiving the package. 


Custom Made Graphics

 

Custom made graphics and some special order items that have a sale price that exceeds $300.00 require a 50% prepayment.


 

Freight

 

Vinyl graphics ships United Parcel Service, US Post Office, and Spee-Dee delivery.


Cancellations

 

After processing your order, if allowed are subjected to a cancellation fee similar to restocking charges unless its a standard stocking item. If your order has been shipped before the notice of cancellation, shipping charges will not be refunded and you would need to request and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER or RMA, if the return is allowed as described under Returns below. Refused merchandise at the time of delivery may incur a return freight charge in addition to the cancellation fee.


Drop Shipping

 

Only open accounts & credit card customers are eligible to drop ship directly from the manufacture, Vinyl Graphics does not a list of drop ship fee but a number of our manufactures do. Please call for a list of drop ship charges from the manufactures you are interested in.


Order Processing

 

Orders processed Monday through Friday during the regular business hours. Allow up to 1- 2 days to process your order and charge your credit card before shipping. If a product is out of stock at the time of shipping you will be notified by email of the expected shipping date. A customer can at that time cancel an order without a cancellation charge or any obligation.


Assure Proper Fit

 

It is always a good idea when receiving item like wings that need to be painted to test the part on your vehicle or what we call in the business as DRY FITTING the part on the vehicle prior to painting. Errors may accrue on some manufactures application charts that may affect how the part fits. In these cases we are more than happy to replace the part but we cannot reimburse you for the cost of painting that part.


Returns

 

Custom graphics, paint protection kits, custom painted products are not returnable. We cannot accept returns on products that are over 90 days from the purchase date. All return products must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition. Returns will be refused unless an RMA number is printed on the side of the box. Return Merchandise Numbers are used to assure proper credit to the customers account. Please ask your sales person for an RMA number if you wish to return a product. Products returned are subjected to a 20% restocking charge. Credit is issued within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods and credit is issued after the inspection of returned products.
