Customers selecting Next Day Air or Second Day Air
A number of our graphic products are produced in house requiring 2 working days, standard stocking products may be out of stock and may require 7 working days. We will email you if we cannot meet your request for Next or Second Day Air shipping and give you an expected ship date. At this time you will have the option of changing your shipping method.

The freight carriers of Vinyl Graphics is UPS, Spee-Dee, and USPS. |

Vinyl Graphics also ships packages with Spee-Dee Delivery Service to a limited region in the upper midwest. Please call us at 1-800-521-1884 to find out more or to place orders that require Spee-Dee delivery. |

Shipping Costs The shipping cost is based on the combined weight and dimensions of the items you have purchased along with the type of service selected. The shipping cost given at the time of checkout is the amount you will be charged. |
International Shipping Orders placed with delivery in the United States and Canada will be shipped with UPS. All other orders will be mailed with USPS Global Express. |

Order Processing and Delivery Times Orders submitted before 11:00 AM (U.S. Central Standard Time) will be processed the same day. Products which are in-stock will be shipped the same day, you will be notified by e-mail if the product(s) you ordered are out-of-stock.
When selecting shipping options, please note you will be notified if the product you selected is out of stock, allow five (5) working days for order processing.

Shipping Claims Shipments should be inspected for errors or damage; claims must be made within five (5) business days. Visual damage on the outside of the package must be claimed with the shipper at the time of delivery; customers are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT SHIPMENTS closely as they could be held responsible for the damage by the shipper. |
Backorders Backorders are filled automatically unless otherwise requested. When the backordered items arrive at Vinyl Graphics, they are shipped per origanal order. Information regarding backordered items will be e-mailed to the customer. |

Return Policy Custom Projects and Paint Protection Kits are Non-Returnable. We cannot accept returns on products that are more than 90 days past the purchase date. All returned products must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Returns will be refused unless an RMA number is printed on the side of the package. RMA numbers are used to assure a proper credit to your credit card or account. Call us at 1-800-521-1884 to request an RMA number. Products returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

GETTING YOUR PACKAGE TO UPS
Customers without a Daily Pickup |
- Hand the package to any UPS driver in your area.
- Take your package to any location of The UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances (Office Depot or Staples) or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. Items sent via UPS Return Services (including via Ground) are accepted at Drop Boxes.

Customers with a Daily Pickup
- Your driver will pickup your shipment(s) as usual.
